A 3 session package to establish the fundamentals of good practice to enable you to join a regular class in a way that brings the best out of your practice to leave you feeling well aligned, empowered, calm and energised.
Learn how to be supple, focussed mindfully, breathe, align, activate the fundamentals of integrated movement, core strength and stability. This is a relatively gentle flow class that has the potential for stronger flow sections. Best suited to any level of experience but bodies that are not too broken! If you have significant movement restrictions then please contact for advice for a more suitable class.
