How are we really meant to breathe both in our daily life and to accompany our practice? This workshop will draw from eastern practices as well as science, help you dial in to the more subtle aspects of your breathing and find a supportive, energising breath to use in your yoga. Discover some health benefits, stress reducers and applications in daily life.

Yoga Workshops occur once a month - usually a Sunday morning and take a different topic each time that can be implanted into your practice, be that yoga, another fitness method or just life.
